● Orders with personalization, branding, or customization cannot be canceled once confirmed. ● Orders placed during promotional events with limited stock or pre-booking may have restricted cancellation.
● Refunds for prepaid orders (if canceled within policy limits) are processed within 5–7 business days. ● Refunds will be made to the original payment source (card, UPI, etc.). ● For COD orders, refund will be initiated via bank transfer upon customer request.
If you wish to update address, change products, or modify recipient info, reach out to us within 6 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate the changes before processing.
