Payment Options
We offer secure, flexible payment methods for a convenient shopping experience: Online Payment Methods: ● Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.) ● UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) ● Net Banking – All major banks supported ● Wallets – Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc. Offline/Other Methods: ● Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on select items & pin codes. ● Bank Transfer – For bulk/corporate orders only. All transactions are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption for data safety.
Payment Confirmation
● Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS with your invoice and order details. ● In case of failed payments, you will be redirected back to checkout or offered alternate modes to complete your order
Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable Orders
● Orders with personalization, branding, or customization cannot be canceled once confirmed. ● Orders placed during promotional events with limited stock or pre-booking may have restricted cancellation.
Refund for Cancellations
● Refunds for prepaid orders (if canceled within policy limits) are processed within 5–7 business days. ● Refunds will be made to the original payment source (card, UPI, etc.). ● For COD orders, refund will be initiated via bank transfer upon customer request.
Need to Modify an Order?
If you wish to update address, change products, or modify recipient info, reach out to us within 6 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate the changes before processing.
